Girls Shred Session Axamer Lizum – 10.03.2018
10.03.2018

Get out of university and up the Lizum! At the latest on March 10, 2018 female riders won’t have any more excuses why they shouldn’t try hitting some boxes and kickers, because on this day the Girls Shred Session takes place at Golden Roofpark Axamer Lizum for the very first time.

In practice, this means: Pro coaches help you girls – and only you girls, because boys are not allowed – with your first tricks in the snowpark or give you some tips on how to further refine your shred-skills. So, in a relaxed atmosphere, you can get a taste of the freestyle scene or just learn new tricks and improve them. And the best part is, at the same time you can get to know other freestyle chicks. To top it off, you also get free lunch and goodies by NIKITA, WeAre, Golden Ride and QParks.

So, if you know the snowboard and freeski basics and you don’t shy away from one or two slams, keep this date clear! Save your spot by writing a mail to Alexandra Denker from QParks: girlsshred@qparks.com.

Freestyle snowboarding and skiing require much more than just physical skills. While technique, timing, and body control are essential, the mental aspect is often the decisive factor when it comes to learning new tricks. A strong mindset helps you overcome obstacles, make continuous progress, and handle challenges effectively. Here’s how you can specifically improve your "mental game."

Eliska isn’t your typical shaper in the snowpark. Along with shaping obstacles in the Sölden Snowpark, she’s also responsible for capturing and sharing its story on social media. From shaping the park’s features to snapping the perfect shot for Instagram and Facebook, Eliska combines her passion for snow and storytelling. We caught up with her to get a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s really like to be a Multimedia Shaper in a snowpark.

“It was back in the 90s. We were fanatic snowboarders, constantly roaming the surrounding hills, building kickers wherever possible. Bad Religion and NOFX were blasting from our battery-powered cassette player. With our camcorder, shovels and boozy tea we had everything we needed and it was a damn awesome time.”

Around 70 contestants, perfect weather and breathtaking tricks in a beautiful setup - all this was combined at this year's Plan P. Here you can find the most important information and results of Plan P 2025!
